Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival at Cochin | Scenic Drive to Munnar

Welcome to Kerala! Upon your arrival at Cochin Airport or Railway Station, our representative will warmly receive you and assist you with your transfer to the beautiful hill station of Munnar, located approximately 150 km away, which takes around 4 hours by road. The drive itself is a delightful experience as you pass through winding mountain roads, spice plantations, lush green forests, and picturesque valleys. Along the route, enjoy breathtaking views of Kerala's natural landscapes and refreshing mountain air. Upon reaching Munnar, check in to your hotel and spend the remainder of the day at leisure. Relax amidst the cool climate, enjoy the peaceful surroundings, or take a leisurely stroll near the property. Overnight stay at the hotel in Munnar.

Day 2

Munnar Local Sightseeing

After a delicious breakfast, set out for a full-day sightseeing tour of Munnar, one of South India's most popular hill stations. Visit the scenic Mattupetty Dam, where the calm waters and surrounding hills create a spectacular setting. Continue to Echo Point, known for its unique natural echo phenomenon and panoramic valley views. Drive through the endless Tea Plantations, where you'll witness the lush green landscapes that have made Munnar world-famous. Learn about tea cultivation and enjoy numerous photography opportunities. Later, visit Rajamalai (Eravikulam National Park), home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr and rolling grasslands offering magnificent mountain views. The park is also famous for the rare Neelakurinji flowers that bloom once every twelve years. After an exciting day exploring Munnar's natural attractions, return to your hotel for a relaxing evening and enjoy an overnight stay.

Day 3

Munnar to Alleppey / Kumarakom | Backwater Experience

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before checking out and proceeding towards the serene backwater destination of Alleppey or Kumarakom, located approximately 160 km away, taking around 4 hours by road. As you descend from the hills, witness Kerala's changing landscapes—from misty mountains to lush paddy fields, coconut groves, and tranquil villages. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel or lakeside resort and relax for a while. In the evening, you may opt for a traditional Backwater Cruise (at your own cost), where you can glide through peaceful canals surrounded by swaying coconut trees, charming villages, and emerald-green paddy fields. Witness the simple lifestyle of the local people and experience the unmatched beauty that makes Kerala's backwaters world-famous. Return to the hotel after the cruise and enjoy a peaceful overnight stay.

Day 4

Departure from Cochin

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive back to Cochin, covering approximately 100 km in around 2 hours. Depending on your departure schedule, enjoy the final glimpses of Kerala's lush greenery before reaching Cochin Airport or Railway Station.
