TripTickers provides an online platform that enables users to search, compare, and book flights, hotels, tours, cabs, holiday packages, activities, and other travel-related services offered by TripTickers or third-party service providers. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and shall not attempt unauthorized access, misuse, data scraping, malicious uploads, fake bookings, or any activity that may harm the platform or its users.

Users may create an account using accurate information. They are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under the account. TripTickers may verify identity, suspend fake or fraudulent accounts, and communicate through email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone calls, or in-app notifications.

Bookings are subject to availability, supplier confirmation, payment, and provider policies. Prices and availability may change before confirmation. TripTickers acts as a booking facilitator and technology platform.

Payments must be made using approved payment methods through secure gateways. Users are responsible for valid payment information and applicable taxes, fees, and charges. Fraudulent or failed payments may result in cancellation.

Cancellation and refund policies depend on the selected service provider and applicable TripTickers policies. Refunds may be full, partial, or unavailable depending on fare rules, with deductions for processing fees or supplier charges where applicable.

Users are responsible for passports, visas, IDs, insurance, vaccinations, and compliance with travel laws. TripTickers is not liable for delays, denied boarding, government restrictions, or force majeure events.

TripTickers connects users with airlines, hotels, tour operators, cab providers, and other partners. Services are delivered by those providers, whose own terms apply.

TripTickers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or third-party services, to the extent permitted by law.

All logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, designs, and other content are owned by or licensed to TripTickers and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

TripTickers may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
