Flight reservations require mandatory passenger details (full name matching passport/government ID, date of birth, passport expiration date, nationality). This data is transmitted securely to airline GDS systems and flight aggregators.

For vendor membership plans, we track subscription start/end dates, listing quota usage, commission tier percentages, and billing renewal statuses.
